Plant Medicine One on One Sessions
The value of one on one mentoring and facilitation with plant medicine is drastically different and more effective compared to traditional mentoring without medicine.
Colby has been intentionally working with plant medicines in their varieties since the middle of 2019 and can attribute accelerated healing to the plants. Through research and implementation for himself, his healing and awakening journey has fast forwarded due to plant medicine exploration and implementation and he is honored to share this with his individual clients.
There is a time and a place for group work and there is tremendous value in working one on one with a mentor, like Colby from Conscious Transitioning. In these spaces, Colby is able to see and connect to you with no distractions.
Experiencing ceremonial journey’s with a wide variety of plant medicines available include: Amazonian Rappè Snuff, CBD, Essential Oils, Sananga, Cacao and more. These one on one journeys will enhance your healing, awaken your soul and light and celebrate your life.
The Process
During our consultation, we will discuss your needs, goals, the time frame we work together, which plant medicines, and the location of the plant medicine journeys.
Then we start our work together, sometimes we meet at our office, and other times, we meet in the comfort of your home. These one on one sessions can provide an empowering space and experience to help guide and direct you to open your heart and create the life you are searching for. Working together we can empower you to find and live authentically as your higher self.

The value of group plant medicine experiences and facilitation with plant medicine is a powerful experience of healing, love, soul awakening, community and celebration. The Conscious Transitioning team has been intentionally working with plant medicines for many years and can attribute their accelerated healing to the plants from mother earth and we are ecstatic to share with you!
Since beginning group facilitation work in 2016, Colby has seen the value of empowering others to come alive and thrive in the energy and healing of the group dynamic. Group work is designed to bring a safe place where you can allow plant medicine to help you heal and experience life to the fullest.
Through our own healing journey’s, we have found that you can accelerate healing and implement needed transitions into higher consciousness with deep intimate and intentional plant medicine work.
Crucial practices and principles that are involved in our work are meditation, breath and energy work, clearing of negative energies, manifestation, shadow-work, exploring the meaning of the divine masculine and feminine and of course purposeful discomfort.

The power and intention of the group ceremony is one to be experienced as the group energy assists in a supportive, loving, high vibrational energy. With deep connection, energy work, support and love from the team, and energy moving and clearing music provided, these spaces help transcend limiting beliefs and remove energy blocks in the body, allowing for a realized relationship with the soul and Universe. This is achieved through a team effort, acting as clear vessels, removed from ego and allowing the healing sacred medicine process to occur.
